Once these operations have been carried out, the input data is entered<\/strong> into the management system<\/strong>: all the most important characteristics<\/strong>, such as article code<\/strong>, job number<\/strong>, colour<\/strong> variants<\/strong>, etc., are noted down in a meticulous way.<\/p>\n Once the work order is opened, the programmer<\/strong> can proceed to create the first control garment<\/strong>: if \u201cvalidated\u201d, production<\/strong> is allowed to start, then the raw material warehouse<\/strong> delivers the relevant raw material to the machinery department warehouse<\/strong>.<\/p>\n As the weaving progresses, the warehouse data<\/strong> is updated as less yarn is available<\/strong>, until the order is complete<\/strong>: at this point, the compliant semi-finished product<\/strong>, the remaining yarn<\/strong> and any waste cloth<\/strong> will be sent to the customer.
